Bookings made by email and or telephone will remain firm provided we receive the amount due within 48 hours.

If your holiday starts within 8 days of the date you make the booking you are required to pay the total price of the holiday on returning the booking form.

If you holiday starts more than 8 days after the date you make the booking you are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total rent due for the period booked.

If you pay the 20% deposit the balance must be received not less than 8 days before the date upon which your holiday begins. We do not undertake to remind you and if we do not receive the balance due we reserve the right to cancel your booking subject to the cancellation charges outlined below.

Payments

All payments must be received in US Dollars. We will accept sterling provided you have previously agreed an applicable rate of exchange with us at the time your payment is made.

Monies received into our account must be for at least the full amount of the booking. All bank charges must be for you to bear. We do not accept credit card bookings.

A security deposit equal to one day's rent will be payable on your arrival by way of cash. The deposit will be used as security for any damages and or charges incurred by you during your stay. This amount will be returned to you one month following the date of your departure from the property.

Cancellation

Your deposit will only be refunded less US$100 cancellation fee and any bank charges incurred by us in refunding your money providing we are able to "re-let" the villa.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a booking the right to which we reserve at any time either before or during the date upon which your holiday is due to start we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any parts of the period booked which shall have already expired) but we shall have no liability beyond this. We will of course do what we can to find you a suitable alternative property.
